Our course begins with a comprehensive but simple presentation on H2S (Hydrogen Sulphide) gas including its properties, exposure limits, health hazards and your initial response strategy. Your training will also include an introduction to Self Contained Breathing Apparatus (Fire Fighter Air Pack)
You will also learn various rescue techniques on how best to lift, drag, or carry a casualty to a safe area. You will be required to perform at least four basic rescue techniques for your certification.
