ERM Leadership & teamwork is a course intended for all engine officers and electrician students. The course is held in accordance with Sections A-II/1 and A-III/6 of the STCW Code.
BRM Leadership & teamwork is a course intended for all deck officers students. The course has a duration of 3 days to the term of which there is an attended ministerial examination under the presence of Coast Guard officers as inspectors (Port Authority). The course is held in accordance with sections IIA/1 and A-III/6 of the STCW Code.
- The aim of the course is to provide the knowledge and skills in the field of:
- Management of bridge resources and/or engine ;
Bridge Resource Management / Engine Resource Management; - Leadership and teamwork (deck and engine) and electrical officer in charge of a guard in navigation
The requirements for participation are:
- 6 months of navigation in training activities.
- valid Basic Training.

The Management Leadership course is training for deck and engine officers of management level. The course defines the knowledge and training to acquire the skills in the field of “Management of the bridge and engine departments” for deck officers and engine officer belonging to management level, in accordance with Sections A-II/2, A-III/2 and A-III/3 of the STCW Code. The course has a duration of 5 days (40 hours) more a final ministerial examination, under the presence of Coast Guard officers as inspectors (Port Authority), passed which will be issued the certificate of frequency
The course requirements are:
Have a COC and demonstrate 12 months of navigation with management tasks before 30/06/2013
Having achieved a BRM certification or ERM.

The courses are weekly organized except the second, third week of August and the Christmas holiday season. In addition, courses are organized on request through private or corporate bookings.
